Creamy Tom Yum Pasta

The first time I came across this amazing Creamy Tom Yum Pasta was at Pastamania. Many others who know me, will know that I will usually come back to restaurants and only order my usual. However, I felt like a daredevil that day and decided to try something new.

From the first bite, it was a burst of flavours! All I can say is that it was smart to infuse both Thai and Italian flavours.

Mix of something spicy, creamy and a little tangy-ness, I tried to recreate this dish at home (thanks to my friend for sharing this recipe! So this is pretty much a successful home made Pastamania tom yum pasta recipe. (It worked, and you should try it!)
