My name is Aisyah and I’m so grateful you’re here!
Ever since working from home became a default, my husband and I found ourselves deeply (regretfully) convenient in the delivery realm. Instead of putting in effort to cook ourselves food, we succumb to ordering in, to a point where we were sick of take aways.
Then at one point, my mum gave me her staple blended dry red chilli (which she used as a base for almost ANY dishes). So I wondered, why not give cooking at home a go, right? I HAVE NEVER LOOKED BACK EVER SINCE.
I realised that the key to consistency is to practise, practise and PRACTISE. From then on, I fell in love with simple ways of making yummy dishes for my husband and I.
