How to make egg mayonnaise sandwich:
- Boil 500ml of water for 7 mins before putting the eggs in
- Once the water is up to boil (bubbles start to appear and pop)
- Add in the 3 eggs to the water
- Cook them for at least 8 to 10 mins
- Once completed, switch off gas and allow the eggs to rest in the water for 5 to 7 mins.
- Drain excess water and peel the eggs
- Once the eggs are peeled, cut them into smaller pieces
- Transfer the sliced eggs into a mixing bowl and add in the mayonnaise and black/white pepper to taste.
- Serve the delicious egg mayonnaise mix on bread or toast and there you have it!

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs 1 egg serves 1 sandwich, so you can choose to make more/less eggs!
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise Brand: Heinz
- 2 tsp Black Pepper You can use white pepper too
Instructions
- Use a small size pot and boil 500ml of water
- Once the water reaches to a boil, add in the eggs and let it boil for at least 8 to 10 minutes
- Once done, leave the eggs to rest in the water before removing it for 5 to 7 minutes
- After the stipulated time, remove the eggs and peel them. Cut the eggs into smaller portion for easier mashing
- Transfer the sliced eggs into a mixing bowl and add the mayonnaise and pepper
- Mix them well and it is ready to serve on bread (toasted)!
