Heat up two tablespoons of olive oil in a medium pan. Once hot, add the onions and ginger.
Saute the onions and ginger until soft/cooked and a little brown.
Add 60ml of kicap manis (sweet sauce) into the pan and mix it well.
Add 60ml of water to dilute the thick sauce and create a gravy. Mix it well.
Once the sauce simmers, add the fried eggs and let them soak in the sauce for about 2 minutes and voila!
