Heat up oil in a small or regular size pan at medium heat.
Add onions and saute them well.
Once the onions are cooked, add the egg mix into the pan. Ensure that the egg mix is spread evenly across the pan.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the lid and check the bottom of the egg to ensure it is slightly golden brown.
Once the top part is cooked, remove from the pan and it is ready to serve!
