Ingredients
Making the marinade

½ cup if you like to make the sauce slightly thicker

Cooking oil
Instructions
The marinade
Rinse fish fillets until dry
Add turmeric and salt to the fish fillets and marinate/mix them well
Deep fry the marinated fish fillets with medium heat until they turn light golden brown
The sauce
Sauté diced onion and pepper with one tablespoon of cooking oil
Once sautéed, add ¼ cup of garlic chilli sauce and ½ cup of chilli sauce to the wok
Add a tablespoon of sugar to the sauce and let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
Finally, the sweet and sour fish dish itself!
Add the deep-fried fishes and sliced pineapple to the sauce. Let it cook to simmer for about 10 minutes and you’re done!
