Ingredients
150gMinced beef, rinsed
250gLasagna pasta
250gBolognese / Tomato Sauce
100gMozzarella cheese
1tbspFine sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Cook the lasagna pasta: Yes, you heard me right. I've tried using dried lasagna and personally prefer to have the pasta boiled for 5 minutes.
Making the sauce:
Cook the sauce for about 5 minutes after adding 1 tablespoon of fine sugar.
Cooking the meat:
Add the minced beef into the sauce and cook fora good 10 minutes.
Finish:
Lasagna is ready to assemble! Assemble them in the aluminium pan, ceramic or just any flat baking dish for that matter in the order of:Pasta> Sauce> Mozzarella and repeat the order of assembly until you have at least 4 layers. The layer should end with mozzarella cheese.
