Simple Beef Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 150 g Minced beef, rinsed
  • 250 g Lasagna pasta
  • 250 g Bolognese / Tomato Sauce
  • 100 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp Fine sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  • Cook the lasagna pasta: Yes, you heard me right. I've tried using dried lasagna and personally prefer to have the pasta boiled for 5 minutes.

Making the sauce:

  • Cook the sauce for about 5 minutes after adding 1 tablespoon of fine sugar.

Cooking the meat:

  • Add the minced beef into the sauce and cook fora good 10 minutes.

Finish:

  • Lasagna is ready to assemble! Assemble them in the aluminium pan, ceramic or just any flat baking dish for that matter in the order of:
    Pasta> Sauce> Mozzarella and repeat the order of assembly until you have at least 4 layers. The layer should end with mozzarella cheese.
