Ingredients

Plain flour
any other choice of flour is good too

Alternatively, you can use coconut milk

Instructions
Making the batter
Add in the dry ingredients together first: flour, salt and turmeric.
Add in the wet ingredients together: Egg (whisked), water and full cream.
Combine all ingredients together until smooth and silky.
Making the kirai pattern
Transfer the mixture into the nozzle bottle and gently squeeze out the mixture on a non-stick frying pan. Ensure that it is on medium heat.
Once the mixture slowly hardens on the pan, fold it into half and half again to your preferred size and shape.
Finish
And voila! Serve it on a plate alongside a bowl of hot curry chicken or beef!
