Another unforgettable childhood light bites that we’d like to share is the Egg Mayo Sandwich. Back then, egg mayonnaise sandwich is one of the common go-to snacks that our mums will usually pack for us. Be it for an excursion with school, an outing day with the family and the list continues.

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs 1 egg serves 1 sandwich, so you can choose to make more/less eggs!
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise Brand: Heinz
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper You can use white pepper too

Instructions

  • Use a small size pot and boil 500ml of water
  • Once the water reaches to a boil, add in the eggs and let it boil for at least 8 to 10 minutes
  • Once done, leave the eggs to rest in the water before removing it for 5 to 7 minutes
  • After the stipulated time, remove the eggs and peel them. Cut the eggs into smaller portion for easier mashing
  • Transfer the sliced eggs into a mixing bowl and add the mayonnaise and pepper
  • Mix them well and it is ready to serve on bread (toasted)!
