Use a small size pot and boil 500ml of water
Once the water reaches to a boil, add in the eggs and let it boil for at least 8 to 10 minutes
Once done, leave the eggs to rest in the water before removing it for 5 to 7 minutes
After the stipulated time, remove the eggs and peel them. Cut the eggs into smaller portion for easier mashing
Transfer the sliced eggs into a mixing bowl and add the mayonnaise and pepper
Mix them well and it is ready to serve on bread (toasted)!
