Heat up a small/medium size pot with oil at medium heat
While waiting, prepare the hotdog bread rolls by flattening the bread first.
Place ½ sliced cheese followed by one sausage
To seal the roll, spread one layer of egg wash at the top of the slice bread
Roll the bread together with the sausage tightly and neatly
Once the oil is hot, fry the hotdog rolls for 15 minutes each side down to get that golden crust and colour - simple as that!
