Crispy & Cheesy Hotdog Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 pack Sandwich loaf depends on how many sausages you'll be rolling
- 1 pack Sausages
- 1/2 Eggs depends again on the volume you're making
- 1 pack Slice Cheese
- 1 pot Oil use preferred oil
Instructions
- Heat up a small/medium size pot with oil at medium heat
- While waiting, prepare the hotdog bread rolls by flattening the bread first.
- Place ½ sliced cheese followed by one sausage
- To seal the roll, spread one layer of egg wash at the top of the slice bread
- Roll the bread together with the sausage tightly and neatly
- Once the oil is hot, fry the hotdog rolls for 15 minutes each side down to get that golden crust and colour - simple as that!
