Heat up oil in a pan on medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Saute them until they are translucent.
Add minced or ground beef into the pan. Evenly spread the beef in the pan and add curry powder, cumin seed powder, paprika and salt. Mix them well.
Add water and mix. Let the beef cook for 5 minutes before adding the diced potatoes.
Continue to add more water to create the pasty beef filling. Let it cook for 30 minutes and ensure to let it cool before adding to the samosa folds.
