Heat up oil in a medium size pan at medium heat. Add the minced beef and salt. Saute the beef until it turns brown.
Add the canned tomato along with sugar, paprika and black pepper. Mix them well.
Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Make pockets of holes in the sauce and add the desired number of eggs.
Cover the pan again and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves as garnish and you're done!
