Heat up small size wok with two tablespoons of oil of choice (we use olive oil) for about 2 minutes
Add in two tablespoons of minced garlic and sauté until they turn slightly golden brown
Add in the sliced baby potatoes into the wok and toss them until nicely mixed with the garlic
Put in the sweet soy sauce, light soy sauce and honey and mix them together until the potatoes are coated nicely
Let it simmer on medium heat with the lid on for a good 15 – 20 mins
Check in and stir the potato every now and then to ensure they are coated evenly with the sauce and that they are cooked perfectly soft to eat
